Brand-new 3-bedroom penthouse with panoramic sea views and a large terrace, El Faro, Mijas Costa(This is a resale of an off-plan penthouse) in Vitta Marina, a new gated development by Célere completed in 2026. It is brand new and has never been lived in. Penthouses are the most sought-after homes in the development, and this one has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and panoramic views across the Mediterranean from the top of the building.
The penthouse has a large private terrace, which is its main feature. There is room for outdoor dining, sun loungers and entertaining, with the sea in view all day. The living area opens onto the terrace, so light and views reach the whole home. The kitchen is fully fitted and open-plan, all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The building has low-emissivity glazing and controlled ventilation, so it is comfortable all year round and efficient to run.
The sale includes private garage space and storage roomin the building.
Vitta Marina is a gated community of just 72 homes, with landscaped gardens, a communal swimming pool, a gym and a social lounge with a gourmet kitchen.
Location: El Faro is a quiet, mainly residential seaside area on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain, named after the historic Calaburras lighthouse on the point. The beach at Playa Marina is about a 2-minute walk away, and the village of La Cala de Mijas, with its beachfront promenade, restaurants, weekly market and everyday shops, is about 3 minutes away by car.
Málaga International Airport: about 25 minutes
Marbella: about 20 to 25 minutes
Puerto Banús: about 30 minutes
Several golf courses are nearby, including Chaparral Golf Club, less than 2 km away.
With top-floor privacy, a large terrace and sea views, it would suit a main home or a holiday home, and it would also rent out well.
